Front desk/guest care staff are the first and last point of contact for every client visit to our established East Memphis Spa and Laser Center. They have an immense responsibility over the success of client happiness. On the phones, they are the voice of our business. They up-sell and close retail sales. They generate lucrative gift certificate sales. They organize group sales. Must enjoy talking on the phone, organized and clean work habits, non-smoker.
· Develop and use scripts to ensure results
· Efficient selling service hours
· Dealing with difficult situations
· Converting client needs into booked appointments
· Lead communication with colleagues and clients
· Track accountable phone sales impact for overall salon/spa growth
